This panel will use examples that are happening here and now in Charlottesville to illustrate:

  • interdisciplinary technologies that use Apps in the life sciences
  • information technology driven approaches to provide remote patient care
  • how care can be delivered to indigent populations
  • what are the roles of government and the private sector?

This will be a lively, interactive session with at least half the time set aside for audience questions, participation and comments.
