Hailing from Fredericksburg, VA, the Elby Brass Band is known for its exciting street brass and percussion renditions of funk and hip hop classics. With the energy, enthusiasm and mobility of a full marching band and a setlist full of 70s, 80s and 90s nostalgia, Elby Brass is the antidote to any somber Saturday night.
