Vanessa Hurst is the founder and CEO of CodeMontage, which empowers coders to improve their impact on the world through open source, social impact projects. She founded Developers for Good and co-founded WriteSpeakCode and Girl Develop It. Her work in technology education and social change has appeared on the TODAY show, NPR, Al Jazeera America, Entrepreneur, The New York Times, Fast Company, and other media. Vanessa holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
