Jessica Nagle co-founded and was principal of SNL Financial, the premier provider of sector-specific financial information to leading global banking, trading and investment firms. During her twenty-five year tenure she held a number of varied positions helping the company grow from two employees to over two thousand.
Most recently, Ms. Nagle was Director of Marketing and Special Projects. During this time she oversaw two redesigns of the corporate web site through which the company’s business intelligence and financial data services are delivered to investment professionals, leading Wall Street institutions, and corporate management. Ms. Nagle also managed the company’s physical infrastructure, including office locations for SNL around the world, and data centers in Pakistan and India. In 2011 she participated in the sale of the majority interest of SNL to a leading private equity firm. Ms. Nagle currently invests in a range of start up ventures, and is on the board of PingMD, a healthcare communications company.
In 2007 Ms. Nagle co-founded Look3 Festival of the Photograph, attracting major funding support from Apple and National Geographic. Now in its eighth year, Look3 has grown into the most important event in North America for international fine arts photographers and photojournalists. Ms. Nagle also serves on the Board of Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids and the Board of the Aperture Foundation.
Jessica Nagle began her career in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Group at Bankers Trust in New York. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Sociology.
