Christy Phillips is the Director of Recruiting for WillowTree Apps, a local Charlottesville company widely considered one of the most innovative and respected mobile design and development companies in the US. She not only looks for ways to find the best and brightest talent to join WillowTree, but also for ways WillowTree can get involved in the local tech community. One such event was Apps That Matter, a collaboration with TomTom, UVA students and several local non-profits. Apps That Matter will culminate at the TomTom Festival’s Spring event.

Christy holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and spent the beginning years of her career as a software developer.
