What would you do if you had a public space available to fill in any way you desire? Would you set up an outdoor studio or a small park? Or would you provide environmental resources to passersby? Piedmont Council for the Arts invites you to realize these dreams during the 2014 Tom Tom Founders Festival.

On April 12th, twenty designated spots throughout the city will become oases of your imagination, with prizes awarded to the most creative spaces! So what will you design; a picnic area, a gallery, a reading room, a hula party, or something else entirely?
