Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Harrison was inpsired to love cooking and food at an early age from women in his family. While at UVA, cooking slowly started becoming an interest of his until he eventually enrolled in the French Culinary Institute. In early 2010, Harrison opened Brookville along with his wife Jennifer- a charming 60-seat restaurant  that serves New American cuisine.

Fresh and local ingredients are key to the success of Brookville; the restaurant's menu changes daily according to the what is new and fresh at the local markets.
